We run networks
For us, it is important to apply a holistic approach to sustainability work and allow positive effects to spill over to society at large. Among other things, we run a network, CSR Småland, and are network leaders in two different networks for sustainability managers. One is run by the Chamber of Commerce in Jönköping and the other by the West Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Skövde. In all networks, you as a company have the opportunity to become a member, and thus gain knowledge, inspiration, exchange of experience and a wide network of contacts.

Curious about our journey?
The sustainability team was formed already in 2016, then as a collaboration between three sustainability consultants; Anna Carendi, Jenny Jakobsson and Patrik Sundberg. A few years later, in 2020, the collaboration was formalized and Hållbarhetsteamet i Sverige AB was formed.
In just a few years, the issue of sustainability has received a huge boost among businesses and organizations. To meet the growing needs, the Sustainability team has had to expand. We are happy to say that today we are about 10 consultants crowding our office at Science Park in Jönköping. But, as someone once said – if there is room for the heart, there is room for the tail!
Working with us
High standards, collaboration and sharing knowledge with each other – things we value highly. It is important to us that our employees feel good, develop at the pace they want and contribute to a more sustainable society.
To make sure we last and feel good at work, we encourage movement and physical activity, which is why we have chosen to be a little extra generous when it comes to wellness allowances, for example. Of course, we also want our employees to have a healthy work-life balance.
