VSME is a voluntary framework that helps companies report on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues in a clear, comparable, and reasonable way. It is specifically designed for small and medium-sized enterprises and creates a clear structure for communicating the company&#8217;s sustainability work.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-x-large-font-size\">Why you should choose VSME<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">VSME is not a legal requirement but a powerful tool for creating order, demonstrating responsibility, and building business value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>With VSME, your company can:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Establish a foundation for further development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Share sustainability information in a structured way with customers, financiers, and other stakeholders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create increased understanding of your most important risks and opportunities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build credibility and strengthen relationships<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create internal alignment around your sustainability work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to the EU&#8217;s overall sustainability goals and support the transition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-x-large-font-size\"><strong>How is VSME structured?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">VSME is structured according to the ESG framework and consists of two modules:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-sten-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1\"><strong>Basic Module \u2013 Minimum level for sustainability reporting<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This module contains 11 key indicators covering general information, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues. No materiality analysis is required here; if a disclosure is not relevant to the company, it is sufficient to state this. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-sten-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2\"><strong>Comprehensive Module \u2013 For companies with higher ambitions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This module contains an additional 9 indicators and approaches the principle of double materiality, although no formal analysis is required.
