The natural step uses the ABCD method:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A – Awareness and defining success<\/strong>Create awareness and define the future you want to see.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B – Baseline Mapping<\/strong>Create an understanding of the current state of your business based on sustainability principles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C – Creative Solutions<\/strong>Once you have identified the gap between where you are today (B) and where you want to go (A), it is time to brainstorm and develop wise ideas to close the gap. Both long-term measures are discussed, but also so-called “low-hanging fruits” that can be implemented immediately. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

D – Decide on Priorities<\/strong>With several ideas and plans on the table, the final step is to create an action plan and make a list of priorities. What steps should you take first? Who will carry them out? How can we motivate our stakeholders and partners to support us? Together, we filter and prioritize various measures, solutions, and ideas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inner Development Goals<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We help you identify and implement Inner Development Goals, which means creating awareness and change on an individual level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You may be familiar with the Agenda 2030 and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals. Unfortunately, progress towards the goals has not been as fast as we would like, which is why the idea of the Inner Development Goals was born. Perhaps we lack the inner drive and capacity to deal with the increased complexity of climate change. While the 17 global goals provide guidelines for societal change, IDG focuses on developing the qualities and insights that each individual needs to actively contribute to a sustainable transition: <\/p>\n\n\n\n
