Through Almi, companies can participate in the “Sustainable Intrapreneurs (Hållbara Intraprenörer)” project, a project funded by the European Social Fund, with the aim of contributing to strategic skills provision in sustainable development.
The need
Almi Företagspartner AB needed to procure a number of expert consultants in the field of business development with specialization in sustainability. The purpose was to be able to support companies in their development so that we can have more long-term, sustainable companies in Sweden.
The mission
Our consultants Jenny Jakobsson, Anna Carendi and Patrik Sundberg were procured in the expert areas of leadership, sustainability and the environment. The task, which run until the end of 2022, included leading CEO networks and coaching small and medium-sized companies to move forward in their sustainability work.
The result
Hållbarhetsteamet has had the privilege of leading CEO networks for Almi Jönköping, Almi Kronoberg, Almi Väst and Almi Halland. The network meetings have had various themes such as sustainability trends, communication and reporting, leadership, climate calculation and strategic sustainability work.
At Almi, we see Hållbarhetsteamet as a nimble and flexible partner in our work with the county’s companies. When we support companies in their strategic sustainability work, we often complement our resources with Hållbarhetsteamet’s expertise. The result is a faster and more efficient development for our client companies in, for example, climate calculations, life cycle analyses and sustainability reporting.
